These terms

These terms cover Indigorgeous, Indigo Ink's specialty-printing showcase, and its free browser tools: Augeur, the Swatch Book, Open and the folding viewer. They apply whenever you use the site.

Previews are not proofs

Augeur and the Swatch Book show on screen how a print might look: its inks, foils, metallics, white ink, papers and folds. A preview is a guide, not a contract proof. Every screen shows color differently, and a foil, a metallic or a paper's texture can only be judged in print. What Indigo Ink prints is agreed on your order and its proof, never on a preview.

The Swatch Book's paper measurements and availability are a guide too: confirm them with Indigo Ink before you commit to a fold, a die or an order.

The tools, and what they show you, are offered as they are, with no warranty.

Your artwork and AI

Your artwork stays yours. We never change the files you open, and anything we show from them is made from a copy. We never use your artwork, or anything made from it, to train generative AI, and we never give it to anyone who would.

Who owns what

This site's pages, styles, pictures, sample artwork and words are © Indigo Ink, all rights reserved. Typefaces, and our clients' artwork, belong to their owners.

Changes and questions

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Questions about them: email order@indigoinkprint.com.
